I am a 36 year old artist and mom of three living in Pennsylvania. I am experienced in graphite drawings of homes and would love to create something wonderful for you and your family. They make wonderful family heirlooms and keepsakes!
For your convenience, I accept scanned or uploaded photos via email. Otherwise, I can accept the actual photograph by mail. If you choose to mail me your original photograph, upon completion of your order, I will mail it back along with your drawing.

When you order, I require half of the payment as a non-refundable deposit that can be made by check, money order, or Paypal. Check or Money order can be sent thru the mail. If you have a Paypal account or would like to set up a Paypal account, click on the link below and then click on the "send money" tab and fill in my email address - drawmyhouse@verizon.net - to send your payment.

When your drawing is finished, I will email a reduced and scanned proof of your finished drawing. Please note that some quality will be lost in the scanned proof. After acceptance, your drawing will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.
Pricing Information
Typical pricing for a drawing is:
9x12 - start at $100.00 plus shipping
11x14 - start at $125.00 plus shipping
**Stone, Brick or Shingled houses, and very large houses usually raise the price**
If you email me a photo of the house, I can give you a price. Shipping may run between $5.00 and $10.00 on the average depending on where it is being shipped.
Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. This may vary depending on time of year and number of orders. I usually get very busy with orders in the fall for Christmas, so order ASAP if you would like the drawing as a Christmas gift.
To submit an order, please send me an email with the size of paper you would like and whether you will be emailing or mailing me the photo of the house. If you have a Paypal account or would like to set one up, you can click on the link to the right. At least 1/2 payment is required for me to start the drawing.
